The position would be based in Pune. Below is the job description and requirements:  Job Description  - The Engagement Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. He is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Engagement Manager represents the entire range of company solutions and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.   Location: Pune   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   - Establishes productive, professional relationships with key Personnel in assigned customer accounts.  - Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.   - Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts   - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.   - Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.   ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES   - Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.   - Meets assigned expectations for profitability.   - Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.   - Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.   - Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company  Knowledge/Skills and Experience/Education  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. MBA, a plus.  - Familiarity and deep exposure to web and mobile technologies and specifically, Microsoft technologies, would be preferable. Prior working experience with these technologies would be a plus.  - 4-5 year of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.  - Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment  - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, organizational, and written communication skills  - Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented person, able to lead projects and interact with multiple departments  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications - MS Word, Excel – strong PowerPoint  - Superior project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing clear communication of timelines and expectations to team members and key stakeholder groups.
