iLabs.co - Head - Product

iLabs.co is a New Delhi based incubator + accelerator with team members from INSEAD/Carnegie Mellon University, Columbia University, IIT (Kanpur), IIT (Delhi)/London Business School, SIBM, NIT, NTU (Singapore). We believe in building great organizations that solve interesting problems. The environment is very relaxed, but everyone is extremely passionate about what we do here.

As the Head of Products you will lead product development across iLabs product portfolio. You will play leadership role in building the Product Development practice here as well. This is an entrepreneurial role and you will receive equity (no salary in the start)

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

- Define and own the product road map, go-to-market & other tactical strategies

- Define and drive new feature development end to end, write specs, user stories, wireframes, prototypes, test plans, release checklists

- Conduct best practice research, survey data, A/B tests & analyzing the competitive environment and understanding key product metrics

- Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance

- User acquisition, engagement and retention

- Hire, mentor and develop other members of the product team

About you:

- 2+ years of experience in Product Management

- Ability to work independently, communicating across different teams and stakeholders.

- Love building products that solves real world problems

- A little crazy and ready to work only for equity (in the start)

- Believe in learning & growing personally & professionally

- Pay attention to details

- Prior startup experience or want to immerse completely in such an environment

- Willing to work from New Delhi an on a full time basis

- Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and integrity

PS: As we are an early stage incubator/accelerator, we can only offer equity at this point (no salary until we get funding for one of the products, in which case, you will receive a significant bump in salary). We currently have four products (startups) in our portfolio in early stage.
