Job Description :   Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate   - Sound knowledge in RCM/US Healthcare services  - PMP/ Prince certified.   Location : Mumbai   Job Requirements :  - Responsible for Transitions of Work from Customer to all IKS Locations   - Planning for Service delivery, due diligence, and transition requirements   - Creating Customized collateral material   - Client Presentations, and walk through   - Cost Estimation, Staffing plan   - Manage a team of Transition Leaders, Transition Managers   - Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders   - Negotiate key process change and introduce innovations for cost effective transitions   - Manage large programs and be able to communicate plan and ideas to our stakeholders in as well as execute them   - Collaborate with all internal and external customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.   - Use appropriate control mechanisms to monitor and manage the overall performance of the business.   - Build and review business scorecards and performance metrics for Transitions for the business, and appropriately build action plans   Skill Set :   - Ability to lead/manage extensive, complex/strategic transitions projects with company-wide scope, set and monitor goals and workflow   - Self-motivated with leadership and organizational skills.   - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiating skills.   - Business process re-engineering, process measurement and improvement experience.   - Developed Strategic thinking, Program Management and Pre-sales support experience   - Expert in Project Management tools and People Management   - Quality oriented skills.
