IKS Healthcare - Director - Quality - RCM

Profile Detail:

A Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt will be responsible for delivering Business Impact by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving changes within the organization. He/she will ensure alignment of Quality initiatives with the company's strategic initiatives and help implement a culture of continuous improvement through "leading by example" and facilitating delivery of business impact/results through mentoring and coaching.

Independent Contributor role to start with. One DR based out of Mumbai at a Manager level. The successful candidate would be required to showcase the benefits of Continuous improvement to build his team.

Education: Graduation, post - Graduation

Other required Certification: Black Belt in Six Sigma is a must. MBB preferred.
