IGATE - Practice Lead - User Experience

Required Skills

- Total 13+ Industry Experience, with a minimum of 7 years UX/IA experience, ability to fulfill, facilitate and lead UX/IA duties on any given project.

- Accountable for Revenue growth, Ability to develop GTM services, Pre sales Activities, Team building and Execution Excellence.

- Prior experience in CXO level interaction CMOs and CDOs to evangelize and strategize transformational initiative.

- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, persuasive and presentation skills.

- Experience performing stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and user research.

- Knowledge of Web standards, technologies, and terminology with Solid understanding of interaction design principles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Actively participate and support business development, including proposal development, travel, and in person presentations

- Provide planning estimates for project scope, schedule, and resource requirements insuring programs are properly budgeted, estimated, and scheduled

- Evaluate and review content developed by other UX designers, information architects, and information designers

- Mentor UX/IA talent and evaluate/recruit new talent as needed

- Balance team work load, assign priorities and ensure execution excellence
