Required skills:
- Test Program Management/Engagement Management for the last 4 years out of total of at least 15 years of IT Software Testing experience
- Experience in Retail & Commercial/Wholesale banking for at least the last 4 years. Should have worked with various third party COTS software product customization testing.
- Should have handled at least 100 to 125 FTE’s in the past 2 years in an onsite/offshore model for North American clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Typical role & responsibility would be to take care of a Test Center of Excellence which has about 150 to 200 FTE’s in an onsite/offshore model in the area of Retail/Commercial/Wholesale Banking domain.
- Other Responsibilities include “Delivery/Multiple Project Management”, “People Management”, “Customer Management”, “Innovation Management”. Participation in weekly/monthly customer calls and regular interaction with iGATE onsite team.
- Should be willing to travel abroad once in four months. (About 2 to 3 weeks each trip).
- Preferable: Should have knowledge on different products in Retail/Commercial Banking such as ACBS/SAP Banking/Misys Loan IQ/Finacle/Temenos T24 etc.
