Organizational Overview:  IFMR Capital's mission is to provide efficient and reliable access to debt capital markets for institutions that impact low income households. These include rural & urban micro finance institutions, retail NBFCs, and housing finance companies. IFMR Capital connects these institutions with capital markets and investors such as banks, insurance companies, and mutual funds through financial tools such as securitization, credit enhancement and debt structuring.  JOB OBJECTIVE:  Devise, develop and implement internal communications programmes in order to support organisational objectives and the objectives of the communications strategy, playing a leading role in shaping the content, tone and mode of delivery of key messages.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description  Propose, manage and control budgets, ideas, themes and timescales for corporate events and external communications campaigns.  Ensure the consistent and accurate delivery of key business messages  To manage and monitor the budget for communication projects, whilst taking every opportunity to explore and secure economies of scale, synergy and effectiveness.  Responsibility for branding (Manage the production of posters, flyers, brochures and web sites and web pages relating to corporate events, flyers, conferences, media and annual reports)  PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:  - Identify key issues for internal communications on an ongoing basis and to develop specific communications plans where necessary and ensure that these issues are appropriately included in relevant regular communications activities  - Deliver fortnightly Infocus newsletter and ensure alignment with all other on and offline communication channels.  - Write promotional and marketing material and managing distribution of mail-shots relating to corporate events and external communications.  - Preparation and presentation of materials including corporate, intranet and web site content and conference speeches for senior management, in order to convey key messages and new developments.  - Identify and develop additional communication channels and tools with the objective of improving employee engagement and ensuring key messages are delivered efficiently and effectively and provide advice and support to managers and staff on a broad range of communications and events and projects.  - Build a network of contacts to research and collect information on developments, initiatives and successes, in order to promote them through a range of media externally  - Ensure that all internal communications activities are properly integrated with our external communications, marketing priorities and strategies.  - Manage and maintain customer databases, audiences, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders relating to corporate events and internal communication.  - Monitor and research perceptions of internal audiences to campaigns, and communications outputs. Monitoring of and reporting on the communications campaign and/or event's progress to colleagues  - To demonstrate the impact and value of communications activity through effective evaluation set against agreed objectives.  - To develop and maintain positive working relationships with the senior management team providing professional and effective communications and marketing advice, guidance, direction and support on all communications and marketing issues.  - To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy and practice environment  - To contribute and lead as appropriate corporate communications projects, actively contributing to corporate communications channels and campaigns  SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:  Minimum Qualifications:  - MBA or equivalent  Minimum Experience:  - Minimum 5~7 years relevant experience in corporate communications  - Experience of developing and implementing communication and marketing plans, strategies, campaigns and projects including social media  - Experience and knowledge of the full range of communications and marketing techniques including social media  - Ability to adjust content of information that needs careful explanation or interpretation to suit the needs of different audiences. E.g. Experience of giving professional advice to and gaining the confidence of senior managers. Ability to write for a full range of media in print and online  - Experience of being a team leader, agreeing clear team objectives and organising and delegating tasks according to individual abilities. Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to form productive, professional working relationships with a diverse range of individuals and groups  - Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, that may be predictable but not routine identifying practical and suitable solutions  Salary range: 8 - 14 LPA
