Our team includes alumni of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Teach for America and Teach for India.   Watch the following video to learn how XSEED is transforming classrooms: http://bit.ly/1bMh5m5, and the following presentation at MIT University on our decade-long entrepreneurial journey: http://bit.ly/OOjmjF.   About Role:  XSEED is looking for a Regional Sales Manager / Regional Education Manager for Indian Market to lead, coach and mentor XSEED Customer development team.   - The Regional Education Manager (REM) will report to National Sales Manager of XSEED .The REM will be responsible for leading, training, managing and contributing to the development of an outside and inside 10-12 highly qualified regional sales team that is poised to quickly expand.   - The REM will ensure that the regional sales team has the guidance, resources, and skill to dramatically increase sales line by identifying market opportunities, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers.   - The REM will work closely with the National Sales Manager to develop short- and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the total business.   Goal:  - Take XSEED to 500 schools in any given state over the next 2-3 years  - Build a best in class regional team of skill and repute  - The REM will be expected to spend approximately 60 - 70% of his time in the field working directly with sales representatives and customers, and will maintain several of his/her own accounts with high-profile customers.  Desired Profile:  - Strong academic back ground, preferably Tier-1 institute.  - In between 5-8 years of experience in Direct Solution Selling (not distributor/channel)   - Extroverted Personality, Assertive and Persistence   - Strong presentation skills in English and local language
