Our analytics engine and workflows give leading indicators for any decision regarding people.   More information can be found on our company website www.idfy.com.  Key Responsibilities:  - Identify and acquire new strategic partnerships, co-develop a value proposition, business model and marketing plan  - Drive aggressive month-on-month revenue growth from the partners  - Work with teams to get status, progress, updates, bottleneck and prepare periodic reports for the company  - Drive partner management activities including partner on-boarding, enablement and channel joint-sales growth  - Develop and execute joint business/account plans via sell-with and sell-through activities with strategic alliance partners  - Work internally with cross functional stakeholders (Product, Tech, Legal & Compliance, Marketing etc.) to ensure the alliances proposition is launched on schedule  Competencies Requirements:  - Significant experience in Partner Sales & Alliance Management  - A compelling background building sell-to / sell-through / sell-with relationships  - Relevant experience in negotiating business terms and conditions while working with corporate counsels to close partnerships or strategic alliances agreements  - The ability to create thoughtful and compelling business cases highlighting revenue growth opportunities with demonstrated ability to build significant revenue stream through strategic alliance partners  - Excellent presentation and communication skills  Qualification & Experience:  - Masters degree from Premium Institutes (IIM,ISB etc.)  - 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in building partner network
