Desired Profile:

- Possess minimum 7 years total experience in Operations with at-least 3-5 years particularly in Wholesale Transaction Operations

- Excellent understanding in Treasury, Corporate lending and Transaction Banking operations with 3-5 years hands-on exposure

- Possesses in-depth knowledge of wholesale banking products and settlement cycles.

- Independent Thinking : Ability to think independently and without supervision to deliver on organizational goals & objectives

- Innovativeness : Ability to think laterally and develop solutions

- Communications Skills : Ability to communicate clearly, decisively, across levels is required.

- Decisiveness : The right candidate shall demonstrate good logical / analytical skills backed by data and gut feel to lead the organization towards its objectives

Key Accountabilities:

- Working closely with the wholesale banking operations head for setting up the entire wholesale operations desk

- Managing wholesale operations function across businesses – Cash Management Services, Trade Finance, Treasury, Corporate lending, Business banking, Branch control & Quality

- Help set up and manage collections & payment services unit. Devise separate policies for cash collections processes in different geographies

- Reviewing existing systems and procedures and design internal controls /quality audit checks for various processes

- Analyzing, developing & implementing new business processes.

- Responsible for working with stakeholders to ensure delivery on data collation, generation and analysis of key Operational Risk metrics.

- Manage grievance redressal of the bank, nodal officer's escalations, complaints

- Ensuring the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory Guidelines.

- On- boarding of new accounts and ensuring compliance across KYC, AML and Product requirements

- Identifying Product/ Process gaps and improve them to reduce and stabilize Turn-around-Time.

- Driving quality improvement initiatives, monitoring performance against key success metrics while identifying and mitigating risks associated.

- Enable smooth functioning within teams and across different business operations.
