Desired Profile:

- Possess minimum 7 years total experience in Operations with at-least 3-5 years particularly in Mortgage Operations

Key Accountabilities:

- Working closely with the retail asset operations head for setting up the Mortgage Operations desk

- Develop and implement strategies to create a seamless operations setup.

- Design and implement strict policies to manage opportunity and risk associated with all the distribution channels

- Create lean operations platform on the best possible techniques through the latest technology.

- Create operations processes for mortgage loans and home equity including development of new loan products and services required while conforming to compliance, secondary market and investor requirements

- Build and manage adequate mandatory process flows in sales function to prevent mis-selling, mispresentation, fraud and adhere customer protection principles

- To conduct all business operations in compliance with internal policies and external laws / regulations / guidelines

- Responsible for all the aspects of retail and correspondent mortgage loan processing and closing

- Keep all the branches updated on the new processes implementation and adaption from time to time for improving efficiency

- Ensure all loans are processed accurately and timely, with professional execution, without comprising compliance or guidelines

- Gather, analyze and prepare sophisticated reports related to productivity and operational efficiencies

- Ensure all loan files are supported by adequate documentation to ensure the viability of sales of loans

- Train, coach, motivate and supervise staff to achieve high quality work product and service levels.

- Develop, implement, maintain, and revise policies & procedures for areas of responsibility to ensure company compliance with laws affecting the mortgage lending business
