MBA / Equivalent with HR Specialization, previous experience in Human Resource Management - preferably in HRBP role

Key Accountabilities -
1. Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
2. Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in the business
3. Builds a strong business relationship with the employees
4. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
5. Facilities manpower planning discussion and identifies position gaps
6. Recruits talent for the identified positions
7. Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
8. Participates in the business review discussions and provide solutions for people related issues.
9. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
