IDFC Ltd. is looking for experienced Strategy and MIS professionals who will be integral to setting up the Strategy, planning and MIS function of the bank.

Reporting: Director - Strategy Planning & MIS

Job Description:

Principal responsibilities:

- Managing the pricing calculators/methodology / Profitability of various products of the Bank

- Prepare management reports relating to Funds Transfer Pricing and Profitability Systems.

- Business Segment Profitability Analysis, and MIS

- Ensure governance of transparent and a scientific fund transfer pricing (FTP) approach and process.

- Ensure continuous improvements in the methodologies being followed in Funds Transfer Pricing.

Desired Profile:

- 5-7 years of related experience preferably in banks

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize insights from data

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with expertise in Microsoft office tools - Excel, word and power point
