Maximum Experience - 9 years - Previous Experience in financing Infrastructure sector preferably roads required

Key Accountabilities -

1) Responsible for deal execution, end to end, including appraisal, financial modeling, term-sheet preparation, loan documentation and deal closure

2) Assist and ideate for deal sourcing

3) Meeting quality requirements of assignments within required timelines

4) Defending the investment proposals to the committee

5) Liaise with borrowers for term-sheet discussions and deal

6) Troubleshooting for the existing portfolio cases
