Key Accountabilities:

- Ideation, Design of Programs/ Tools/ Alternative delivery

- Collaboration with sales leaders, assess, design and develop ongoing sales training programs best utilizing instructional design skills and adult learning principles

- Simplification of content

- Course creation based on instructional design principles

- Customize programs for existing sales team by consulting with leaders to determine specific learning objectives required

- Delivery of Training

- Facilitates ongoing sales training programs for all Distributors and Sales personnel

- Use innovative methods of learning by using game based techniques, online games, etc.

- Frame training schedule for the financial year

- Implement comprehensive training programs for the target audience i.e. sales teams & distributors - Pan India Training Engagement

- Plan, conduct, coordinate and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales teams / distributors - Pan India.

- Working with all stakeholders i.e. senior sales teams as well as external distributors
