Maximum Experience: 12-13 years of relevant work experience, with greater understanding on the infrastructure

Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA

Skills:

- MBA, CFA with over 12 years work experience in private equity & research

- Domain expertise in the infrastructure sector

- Exposure to entire PE lifecycle : fund raising, investments, exits

- Led transactions in cable infrastructure, ports, transportation sectors

Key Accountabilities:

- Fund Raising & Investor Relations

- Investments

Monitoring & Divestment:

- Maintaining relationships with industry sources, key clients

- Preparing detailed Annual, quarterly and monthly research reports

- Tracking industry
