Job Title: Current A/C Acquisition Sales Manager

Desired Profile:
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Credit Knowledge: To assess the company's financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profit after tax) etc. of the company).
- Knowledge of Trade FX, Working Capital products like Cash management.
- Proficient in product knowledge and industry best practices
Qualification:
- Engineer / MBA from a premier institute with around 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Ability to negotiate deals, with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for driving & providing support to the CA channel to enable acquisition Improvement in existing product offering to suit customer needs
- Facilitate CA channel staffing in coordination with HCM/ FIN/ Branch banking leaders
- Make 7 to 8 calls everyday to clients
- Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring
- Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
- Driving the channel to achieve set goals & objectives
- Liaise with channels to support acquisition through Contests/Drives/Campaigns
- Manage trade finance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., working capital cycle of the company
- Perform various financing activities as per the customers requirement
- Product/process initiatives in the region to increase customer acquisition / enhancement/increment in wallet share
- System development /automation for better conversion/ engagement/ monitoring and use tablets in account openings
- Developing front end (business enabling) product collaterals and customer communication in consultation with - Marketing with content development
- Periodic review of working model against set objectives / benchmarks in terms of business, profitability / cost to income of the channel
- Driving Compliance Activities / Due Diligence Activities through branches. Proactively monitor the risk profile and quality of the portfolio.
- Provide necessary MIS / Management update.Regularly liaise with internal and external relevant stakeholders
- Drive Process improvements for facilitating acquisition
- Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
