Qualifications: Post Graduation

Skills:

- Graduate / Post Graduate

- Possess a minimum 6 years of total experience and 3 Yrs of relevant experience in Micro-lending

- Knowledge of MFI / BC models and direct borrower sourcing

- Ability to work with partner organisations to garner direct customer accounts

- Ability to define sales targets for loans and fee products, prepare business plans for partner orgns and implement programs to achieve plans

Key Accountabilities:

- Establishing and Managing Priority Sector (Microfinance business)

- Meeting targets of Priority Sector lending (Microfinance), managing existing relationship, sourcing new relationships for wholesale as well as retail lending

- Product development for micro lending business and business plan based on them

- Integration of partner organization systems with IDFC systems for smooth work flow on customer assets

- Timely credit appraisal of NBFC-MFI and facilitation of Term Loan / Securitization / Buyout facilities

- Regular visits to NBFC-MFI to understand and monitor their business dynamics and potential risk associated with them

- Exploration of new Business Correspondent tie ups and Management of BC tie ups

- Product development, Business Plan development, Human resource planning with budgeted targets, reconciliation of books at back office, managing relationship and compliance to credit bureau like Equifax / High Mark

- Submission of regulatory compliances to RBI and NABARD on timely basis
