Skills:

- Post Graduate

- Possess a minimum 6 years of total experience and 3 Yrs of relevant experience in Agri financing

- Building, Leading, Training and Motivating the team towards goal accomplishments

- Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performance.

- Ability to work with partner organisations to garner customer accounts

- Ability to define sales targets for loans and fee products, prepare business plans and implement programs to achieve plans

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority

Key Accountabilities:

- Originating and managing Agri Business direct and through channel partners.

- Meeting targets of Agri loans, managing existing relationship, sourcing new relationships for wholesale as well as retail lending

- Conceptualize innovate, develop and drive rural / Agri allied Products

- Build a Profitable book through Optimum Fee and Fund based approach

- Utilization of Marketing, Communication and Promotional Budgets for maximizing the brand recall from Point of Sale and other channels

- Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients

- Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance
