Job Title : Client Service Advisor - Trade, CMS and General Banking Services  Grade : ADI  Business Unit : COO Function  Function : Operations  Sub Function: Commercial & Wholesale Banking Operations  Onboarding Month :   Experience (Min to Max) : 8 - 12 years  Location : Delhi  Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate  Job Description:   - Maintain and exercise control over allotted portfolios to ensure that services to customers are of the highest standard while constantly monitoring customer quality in order to minimize the risk of loss to the bank   - Conduct regular services review meetings with decision makers and operational contacts, prepare minutes and follow through all the issues raised by client and ensure timely resolution   - Liaise with Implementation, Sales, Operations, Product Management, Channel Management and Relationship Manager to ensure high quality services delivery throughout the cash & trade management value chain  - Continue to improve the client related processes, post implementation period   - Act as the primary owner/single point of contact for escalation handling of client in portfolio  - Establish and maintain relationship and provide added service to selected clients in supporting the business relationship.  - Responsible to handle escalation issue and iron out any processing gaps identified during post implementation period.  - Provide regular updates/share of knowledge on client in portfolio to the Client Service Team  - Provide regular feedback to Products, Sales and Ops on competitors information obtained through clients sharing  - Receive regular updates from Advisory and Product on new product launches and market updates and pro-actively advise clients in portfolio   An Ideal Candidate should possess:  - Experience in a Specialist Client Services function  - A good understanding of Trade services,structured Cash Management Solutions (CMS) and other general Banking Products along with Treasury and Regulatory knowledge.  Industry Preferences :  - Banking  Keyword Search :  - Client Service  - Trade Finance,   - Cash Management Services (CMS) & Clearing  - Regulatory Framework  - Audit & Compliance
