Function: Consumer Banking Risk   Principal Responsibilities:  - Ensuring implementation of and adherence to the approved policy / processes.  - Training to underwriters / Sales / operations users on policy and risk aspects.   - Conduct a monthly review of all approved cases and check adherence.  - Engage with underwriters / sales / operations to get the issues clarified / rectified.  - Publish a monthly score card basis review of cases.   - Automating the review process for early signals and minimizing errors.  - Travelling to location to understand the implementing across India.  Experience & Skills required:  - Professionally qualified (MBA/CA) from a premier business school   - 4-6 years of experience of Mortgage Credit/Hindsighting  - Good analytical skills and understanding of financial statements
