Business Unit: Commercial and Wholesale Banking  Function: Commercial Banking  Sub Function: SME  Experience (Min to Max): 3-8 Years  Location: Hyderabad  Educational Qualifications: MBA or Chartered Accountant  Job Description:  - Acquire, grow and manage portfolio of SME Clients; each Relationship Manager is expected to manage between 45-50 accounts in target industry verticals  - Deliver month on month targets on MM Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Fee Income, CA Balance and Portfolio Health  - Manage end to end client engagements in structuring deals, approval process through credit, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support  - Manage Credit Memo preparation and presentation to Credit Committee along with Credit  - Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw-downs and recovery / restructuring efforts if any  - Build and manage an asset portfolio which contributes to SME Banking and generate profits at satisfactory risk reward ratios  - Providing detailed financial analysis on various transactions.  - Compiling credit applications for Commercial transactions  - Identify market trend and target customers needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for SME clients  An Ideal Candidate should possess:  - Sound knowledge of Working Capital Loans, Transaction Banking products as well as general banking regulations  - Previous experience of handling SME clients in Indian Market  - Entrepreneurial mindset to build the business ground up and subsequently scale it up rapidly  - Driving success - taking action, seizing opportunity, pursuing goals  - Showing resilience - thinking positively, embracing change, inviting feedback  - Communicating information - convincing people, articulating information, challenging ideas  - Building relationships - interacting with people, establishing rapport, impressing people  - Structuring tasks - managing tasks, upholding standards & focused on producing output  - Processing details - meeting timescales, checking things & follow procedures  - Preferred Experience in handling a portfolio of more than 40-45 SME clients.
