The market is predominantly prepaid subscribers. The effort is to increase their ARPU and get more out of the same prepaid subscriber while also capturing new subscribers and fighting to gain leadership position in the market. The job entails acquiring new customers’ through existing prepaid channels as well as new channels in order to increase revenue while maintaining a measurable control.  Hence Challenges are:  - Drive FOS in order to ensure that Revenue targets are met in this competitive scenario also  - Gain market share and maintain relationship with retailers and distributors while getting work done by them  Key Responsibilities:  - Acquisition of new customers to increase the revenue to meet circle business targets  - To drive sales and ensure stocks are maintained to achieve the Revenue targets at a constant pace.  - To train & deploy manpower at various distribution points to ensure uninterrupted quality service to the outlets.  - Monitor the prepaid systems at distribution points for implementation as per the guidelines  - Market visits to understand business needs & monitor FOS performance for delivery with regard to sales volume & adherence to the prepaid sales process leading to quicker resolution of pending dealer issues  - Experience in Prepaid Sales is mandatory.  Educational Qualification: Full time MBA (Sales/Marketing)
