- In a competitive scenario, where the business pressure is high due to the major growth plans, the role provides active support to all the user departments in terms of 100% availability of merchandise within required timelines as per the budget.   - In a dynamic environment of today, ensuring that effective management of CAPEX transactions & services in best time & cost efficiency while maintaining a good relationship with all stake holders.  - In order to provide necessary support to the user department for Capex procurement, the job entails preparation of Purchase orders, invoice processing and other related activities within very strict timelines which at times are very difficult as the required data for the activity does not come on time. Regular maintenance of MIS in order to monitor the performance of vendors and provide feedback to them while maintaining healthy relationship with them.   To Maintain and furnish performance data of vendors / contractors to stake holders for ensuring availability of quality vendors / contractors in the organisation.  - To maintain the data bank of the vendors / contractors working in the circle with other operators.  - To enforce performance parameter scale in order to rate all vendors / contractors.  - To communicate rating to all vendors / contractors periodically and drive them to achieve higher rating.  To process MRN's and Invoices to ensure timely payments to the vendors subject to 100% compliance of SLA leading to capex procurement & maintenance to support business plan.  - To maintain the data bank of invoices received from the vendors / contractors.  - To verify that all data entry related to Invoice processing is done within TAT.  - To ensure that the payments to the vendors are made within the contracted period.  To Process indents and converting all the clear indents into Purchase Order within the stipulated time to ensure timely material delivery.  - To maintain the data bank of all the purchase orders raised, signed off and sent to the respective vendors.  - To ensure placement and issuance of PO as per centrally negotiated Rate Contract and within the agreed TAT.  - To assist team in follow up with vendors for delivery against Purchase Order.  To maintain all MIS related to SCM to provide timely inputs to all internal customers   - To maintain systematic and accurate data related to SCM.  - To ensure that all the reports required by corporate shall be furnished within the stipulated time.
