Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Sales -Solution Architect(National Enterprise Business)  Tender Prospecting:  - Researching and prospecting central government projects/initiatives released through tenders or RFPs.  - Liaising with the sales team for generating and actioning leads.  Provide onsite & offsite presales support to the Idea Government team:  - Align with the sales and SD team for customer visits and portfolio presentations.  - Understanding customers- requirement for any specific customization on existing solution and discuss with relevant circle/corporate teams for delivery.  - Generating case studies specific to segment/industry and sharing with relevant teams for sales generation   Tender filling and documentation:  - Liaising with the relevant circle/corporate teams to furnish all details and formalities required to successfully submit a tender or RFP.   Project Implementation and Customer servicing:  - Taking lead from corporate towards the implementation of all acquired projects.  - Understanding the customer requirements and discussing in detail with relevant teams for customization required post initial delivery.  - Supporting the sales and service teams in handholding with for pre/post sales issues   Knowledge sharing and circulation of performance dashboards:  - Organizing and conducting knowledge sharing sessions with Sales & SD teams.  - Publishing regular dashboards for various stakeholders with regards to tenders released, prospected, approached, submitted and fulfilled amongst other adhoc reports.   Solution Architect:  - Understanding of customer requirements through onsite calls with the sales team.  - Working with the EBS team in structuring business problems into problem statements and mapping them to our telecommunications capability.   Support:  - Providing all required support in terms of lead generation, understanding customer requirements, product architecture, marketing support, tender submissions, project implementations and after sales support with the concerned teams.  - The person has to be based in New Delhi .   - Preference will be for people from similar profiled companies like TATA, HCL, CISCO, AIRTEL, IBM, ALCATEL, VODAFONE, SIFY etc (in this order of preference )  Please share updated resumes Mentioning the current ctc
