Idea - Manager, Media Planning and Buying
Job Purpose:
- To handle the media buying and planning activities and cordinate with the media agency to actionise the media plan nationally.
Principal Responsibility:
- Execution of all national media plans across TV, Radio, Print, Cinema, Digital media
- Setting and achieving of Media buying benchmarks across all media, to ensure efficient and effective media deals with all our partners
- Alignment & approval of the above with Idea commercial team
- Identifying, evaluating & negotiating for all national media property associations – across TV, Radio, Print, Digital media, Alignment & approval of the above with Idea commercial team
- Conceptualizing and executing media innovations to amplify the national brand campaigns
- Building and tracking of competition reports, market intelligence, etc
- Ensure regular Media reviews to track the brand campaigns and competition performance
- Maintaining the day-to-day relationship with our media agency (AOR) and key external media partners from TV, Print, Radio, Digital, etc
- Build processes within the media function and ensure that sanctity of the same is maintained across all stakeholders – internal & external
