Digital Content Servicing  Responsible for enhancing user experience through building capability to manage, evolve & service Digital Content. The Key responsibilities would be :  - Existing Process evaluation along with competition bench-marking to understand market practices.  - Recommend Idea's approach basis product understanding & bench-marking.  - Building synergies between functions for process creation, Training, Train the Trainer etc.  - Understanding partner & Idea CRM requirement.  - Raising CRM changes/integration to the concerned team.  - Creation of required TAS's in the CRM.  - UAT of new products & version update.  - Coordination with circle teams to collate regular customer VoC and send to product team.  - Complaints and feedback management at Customer touch points along with Back office.  - Escalation management & RCA.  - Dedicated desk at Back office  - Volume Projection & planning at Idea Contact Centers and Partner.  - Quality of response & TAT management at Partner contact center.  - Business Impact analysis & inputs for product team.  - Monitor Data bundled offerings.  - Constant engagement with product team to ensure In App FAQ's are updated.  - Creation & Constant up-dation of "How to videos" for the Digital apps.  - Random checks to ensure all services/content/games have in App help.  - Bill-desk billing compliance check and ensuring all is reflecting in CRM.  - Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting & analysis
