Job Purpose:  - Provide decision support to COO and other Stake Holders in the organization to achieve subscriber, Revenue, Profitability goals by functioning accurate and relevant information for conduct of Business.  - Drive projects on behalf of COO  - Provide path breaking analytics for decision making  Key Responsibilities:  - Providing timely, relevant and accurate information in environment of ever transforming nature & scale of Business, dynamic data requirements and fast transforming systems  - Information dissemination and driving Business Strategy implementation at Corporate & Circle Level  - Suggesting process improvement and standardization in light of diversify of Circle practices and Operational Systems.  - Analyzing Business KPIs and suggesting improvements at Circle, Corporate and Industry Level in an environment of diverse scale & nature of Operations at different Circles (disparate parameters and processes in existing and new Circles)  - Analyzing product proposals, suggesting new product launches and modifications in existing products inline with Subscriber & Revenue objectives in highly competitive environment of fast evolving large number of products  Principal Accountability:  Data availability:   - MIS support for COO & Circles for Business KPIs to ensure availability of timely & accurate information for decision making  Decision support through Data Analysis:   - Analysis of KPIs, trends of Subscribers, Revenue, costs, etc; competition benchmarking, Industry trends, inter Circle benchmarking etc.  - Recommending measures based on analysis for Revenue, Profit maximization and cost optimisation for individual Circles  Preparation of Business Plan for launch of New Circles / Technologies:  - Coordination with internal stake holder Functions for Subscriber, Revenue, OPEX & CAPEX projection  - Preparation of detailed long term & short term Business plan for internal approval & decisions making  Analysis and Recommendations for Launch/Modification of Products & Services:  - Analyze acquisition & usage trends to uncover and recommend Revenue Enhancement & Acquisition opportunities  - Analyze profitability (Revenue & Costs) of existing products and suggest modifications to improve Revenue & to reduce Costs  - Analyze Corporate & Circle Product proposals, recommend any required modifications and provide timely approvals from COO Office for launch and modifications  - Information Dissemination & driving Business Strategy implementation at Corporate & Circle Level  New Process initiation & existing Processes improvement and standardisation to achieve operational efficiency, cost reduction, better customer experience (internal & external):   - Benchmarking of Processes - inter Circle and with Industry practices  - Regular field visits and interaction with end Customers, Channels (Sales & Service) and internal Teams to uncover Process weaknesses & improvement opportunities  - Suggesting & driving launch of new process/modification of existing processes  - Pivotal role in Transformational Projects  Annual Budget Collation, Analysis & Decision Support for finalization:  - Study of Business KPI for previous years for company, competition and industry at Circle & Corporate level  - Estimation of Subscribers, Revenue and Profitability at individual circle level for Budget year  - Estimation of Business KPIs inline with Company Goal for Target Year  - Analysis of Budget proposals submitted by Circles   - Recommendation for modification of KPIs to ensure conformity to overall Company Targets  - Presentation preparation of final Budget proposal for Board approval  - Monitoring Business Performance against Budget and recommendations for closing gap (if any)  Stakeholders:  - Internal: Senior Management Team at Corporate, Cross Functional Teams at Corporate, Circle Management Teams, Cross Functional Teams at Circles  - External: Consulting Firms, Vendor Partners, Competition Peers
