Detailed Duties And Responsibilities:  Primary:  Strategy and Planning:  - Develop sales forecast for the year and implement strategy to achieve desired numbers and market share for Postpaid product.  - Develop effective and productive channel construct to meet targeted numbers and revenue for the circle.  - Define allocation of network, finance and manpower resources in the zone with approval from Sales Head in order to increase market share.   Opportunity Identification:  - Identify opportunities for special technical solutions for unique requirements of Corporate e.g. Closed User Group tariff package etc.  - Keep a track of the clients’ business initiatives and future plans.  - Collect the market intelligence data including environmental, customer and competitor information and initiatives and analyze the same to pre-empt its impact on the business.  - Keep a track of the postpaid market customers’ changing needs to facilitate the innovation and development of the new customer management processes and system in coordination with the Account Manager.  Loyalty Programs:  - Build the customer loyalty by ensuring quality of service through coordination with customer service, Technical, billing and other function.  - To launch and execute the various schemes planned from time to time to the loyalty program.   Shared:  - Work with Circle Sales to execute promotional schemes at circle level  - Work with Circle Sales to assess and evaluate effectiveness of promotional schemes and communication campaigns.  Shared:  - Interface with customer service to ensure key accounts customer satisfaction and retention as per defined standard.   Key Internal And External Interactions:  Internal:  - Customer Services on all issues impacting customer care and retention of key accounts.  - Network for planning the network infrastructure based on specific requirements of key accounts.  - Marketing for Corporate Tariff schemes.  - CRM on specific issues relating to corporate accounts. 	  External:  - Channel partner on channel management issues relating to key accounts.   PS: Female candidates are preferred.
