Value Added Services - Marketing
- Build Product pipeline of new and innovative products
- Meeting external partners & participating in forums for understanding of advancements in the ecosystem
- Evaluating global ecosystem and identifying products/business streams with high revenue potential
- Build Capability on both technology innovations and IT to improve consumer experience & facilitate new product launches - Understand the current technology and prepare a fit gap with the requirements.
- Work closely with the technology & IT team for capability building for new products & also existing products
- Prepare the Go to Market plan
- Work closely with the brand team for preparing the GTM plan with ATL & BTL support
- Increase Revenue from the new business streams
- Closely coordinate with the circle VAS team for promotions & sales of the product
- Building distribution network for sales of the product through tie ups with the sales agents
- Closely coordinate with third party ad networks for sales & distribution of the products
- Improve Consumer experience of these products by chalking out the processes required
- Ensuring the new processes are prepared before the launch of the product
- Education of customer service team and call center agents for improving consumer experience of the product
