We have total of 850+ employees   Position : Sr Manager/Manager-Marketing   Experience :4-10 years preferably in FMCG/Beverages industry   Work Location : Whitefield (Bangalore)   Job Description :   - Manage and build the brand id, translating into share gains, revenue increase and clutter breaking marketing   - Role involves managing ATL, BTL & PR . ie Brand management & trade / customer marketing   - Closely work with advertising, PR, marketing, execution agencies.   - Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products into categories.   - Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on   - Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.   - Overlook the Development of Collaterals for marketing, in store VI etc   - Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.   - Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.   - Evaluates ROI on advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.   - Work on product development that fit into the brand strategy and long term vision of the organization.   - Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts.   - Prepares marketing activity reports.   Interested candidates can apply to this post with following details :   Current CTC:  Expected CTC:  Notice period :
