Job Responsibilities;  - The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.  Job Profile:  - Develop the partner channel for insurance cross- sell at the location and the catchments area around  - Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location  - Current product groups include home insurance, health insurance, motor insurance etc  - Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules  - Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements
