Broad Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire gamut of the Talent Acquisition.

- Working closely with the Function Heads to design and outline the roles

- Working on the man power budget

- Making selection through competency based interviews.

- Manage the campus drives

- Working with external vendors

- Extracting the best suitable and competent candidate for hiring from online portals

- Manage employee referral channel.

We are looking for Full time MBA professionals with specialization in Human Resources and with minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Recruitments.
