Position Title - Relationship Manager - SMEAG  Location: Chennai, Bangalore  Job Responsibilities:  - To maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business  - To manage clients effectively by servicing their needs on commercial banking, investment banking and international banking products. Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients. Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance will be your goal  - Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals   - Driving and directing the team of Associate Relationship Managers and product managers to drive business profitability and growth  Key Skills:  - Ability to gauge and understand clients' needs and devise effective financial solutions to meet their banking and financial advisory requirements  - Ability to build and manage relationships with clients to ensure client retention and enlarge the client pool  - Ability to have a firm hold on the market and competitive conditions.  Educational Qualification: Graduate (with relevant work experience)/MBA Full Time
