Grade : CMI   - The candidate must have relevant experience of at least 6-10 years, related to handling indirect tax matters, specifically covering service tax.  - The candidate should be conversant with Service Tax law, wherein he will be required to guide various departments, business functions regarding the applicability of relevant service tax clause wrt the products that they offer.  - The candidate will be responsible for computation and payment of taxes on a regular basis  - The candidate must have had firsthand exposure to handling litigations related to service tax.  - The candidate will be responsible for making representations to appropriate statutory/regulatory authorities, putting forth the bank's perspective.  - The candidate will be responsible for implementation of new GST framework within the bank, since service tax will be shortly replaced by GST.
