Job Content  - Manage Projects/Transitions for IBM GPS. The projects are typically large scale complex process migrations (Finance & Accounting Processes) from client sites to IBM delivery centers  - Manage Customer Relationships & Expectations.  - Engage with multiple stakeholders and drive execution under tight timelines.  - Perform all project management activities including project reviews, progress tracking, status reporting, communication, issue resolution, change control, etc.   - Lead the development of preliminary and final transition plans working closely with the BD and Solutioning teams to win executable and profitable deals   - Lead the transition inputs in client presentations   - Responsible for transition toolkit adherence and tollgate review process   Skill Requirement:  - Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and written.  - A good understanding and grasp of Project Management tools and practices  - Should be extremely facts and data oriented   - Should be deadline and closure oriented  - High Energy Levels. Should be self driven.  - Ability to interact in a multicultural environment   - Ability to think out of the box - Creative  Experience & Background:  - At least 7 years+ of overall experience  - MBA (Specialization in Finance would be preferred) / CA/ ICWA   - Experience in the BPO industry would be an added advantage  - Prior experience in the Finance & Accounting domain would be an added advantage  - Quality management/Six Sigma experience would be an added advantage  - PMP / Prince 2 Certification - desirable
