Role and Responsibilities   - Understand Ability to craft tech/ Business solution / design and take it through CXO/ Business leaders for Insurance business.  - Implement core insurance transformation of Policy, claims and Billing systems   - Lead Pre sale and solution for large Insurance deals by providing tech inputs on solution, estimation, approach etc.  - Consultative sales, create Proof of concept, build point of view   - Help build collateral such as cases study, competency and assets  - Understand client pain point and build a robust tech solution   - Ability to leverage IBM various offering such as Analytics, Cloud, Cognitive, Watson, Mobile and other Insurance offerings such as AD&I.  - System modeling using UML and Use Cases   - Partner with the business to develop business cases supporting the business demands, ensuring alignment with IT applications and strategic platforms  - Participate in the Definition, Assessment, Management and Evolution of the Capability Portfolio  Skills   - 15+ yrs of IT consulting experience for Global Insurance clients   - Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations.  - Ability to analyze complex information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.  - Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  - Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Evaluate trends in data or information.  - Ability to identify and recommend processes improvements.  - Strong relationship management skills with external clients; proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.  - Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.  - Strong project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  - Must have a Big Picture view in multiple areas and technologies. Strong communication: ideas etc. must be strategic and able to explain complex issues into layman terms  - Working knowledge in all areas of IT, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Application and Insurance business (business architecture)   - Must have some knowledge of Data and Cloud. Should be comfortable with ambiguity  - Engineering degree with MCA/ MBA
