Role Designation : Deputy Group Manager (DGM)  Work Location : Chennai  Job Responsibilities :   - Consult to operate guidance support to solve for strategic and operational business problem for our global client leveraging transformation framework  - Candidate should have strong lean / six sigma transformation background with analytical capabilities.  - Experience in building strategic solutions to address long term needs of the customer  - Strong execution capabilities to deliver to the goals   - Candidate should have F&A domain knowledge to provide subject matter expertise   - Experience in working with complex business process outsourcing or managed business process services  - Consultative selling skills  - Ability to see the big picture and link client strategic goals to the day to day operations   - Ability to work in a collaborative manner with global teams  - Strong focus on client partnering and ability to build a trustworthy relationship  - Ability to bring creative and innovative idea to simply complex business problem and provide simplified solution  - Experience in program management   - Ability to drive change in the system working with the sponsorship team  - Experience with hands on delivery experience to be able to relate to real life operational challenges   Required Skills :   - MBA or equivalent professional qualification   - Good communication and presentation skills  - Advanced excel and power point presentation skills   - Preferably Six Sigma certified  - Good Interpersonal/stakeholder management skills  - Willingness to travel both domestic and International on a need basis for short-term
