And hence completely focuses on bring IBM capabilities and solutions for enhancing high value plays in our client set.   There are two essential dimensions to this team: (1) Industry and (2) Growth Initiatives.   This position will be part of the S&D organization for India.   Role:  - Accountable for the total customer relationship and experience for a strategic Industry Client account, with broad general manager type responsibilities and authorities.   - He/she is proficient at planning / executing an effective relationship strategy and maintains effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers, while shielding the client from IBM's internal complexity.  - The role is the integrator of IBM in front of the customer and is responsible for identifying and prioritizing IBM opportunities and developing solution strategies, planning and facilitating/conducting complex negotiations to achieve lasting agreements and commitments.   - As the leader of Team IBM on the account, mobilizes IBM resources as an integrated team spanning all of IBM's businesses and delivers the full value of IBM, not just the contract.  Responsibilities:  Balance tactical business requirements with strategic planning & execution  - Develop long term partnerships with key new buyer groups (ex. CMO) to maximize share gain  - Identify, engage and win key architectural battles  - Ensure client focus leverages entire IBM portfolio  - Acquire Industry expertise, engage in relevant networks  - Performs PEP role on select Enterprise account(s) in their Industry   - Share Industry POVs, content & marketplace insights  - Align IBM solutions with Client objectives  - Guardian of the - Signature Client Experience-   - Manage extended team changes, alignment, cross brand pricing, T's & C- s  - Manage expense & investment of funds / resources for growth  - Role model client driven behaviors   - Be a bilateral communication vehicle around client experience  - Maintain necessary cadence, operating model & management systems posture   Experience & Qualification:   - Engineer with at least 12 + yrs experience in the BFSI Industry out of which at least 10 yrs should have been in designing and Solutioning banking architecture for key banks in Public & Private sector.   - Should have extensive background in digital banking or analytics or risk management frame work, or Core banking transformation, managed analytics, Payment solutions etc,.  - Experience in delivering solutions around Flex cube, Finacle, SAS analytics, FICO etc would be an added advantage  Rohini Prakash Recruitment IBM India
