We look for bright people who are passionate and dedicated team players.  Responsibilities  - Develop relationships with customers and vendors to better understand customer needs and expand the reach of Cleversafe's Object Storage solutions  - Provide thought leadership as it pertains to the technical aspects of proposed solutions for each customer  - Qualify opportunities and define the level of compatibility between Cleversafe's products and customer's technical requirements  - Scope, create and deliver technical presentations/demonstrations and solution recommendations to prospects and customers that creatively address customer value chain and business requirements  - Conduct technical assessment at customer site to document existing environment and to define customer requirements; Gather technical information and create workflows of the customer's data environment. Including but not limited to Data Center Operations, System Architectures, Networking Infrastructure, Backup processes, applications, user access and business unit inter dependencies  - Lead the development and generation of the technical portion of formal sales proposals to ensure accuracy  - Lead the technical portion of the Proof of Concept (POC)/Acceptance Test Plan (ATP); Scope the technical portion of POC; Create detailed test plan and schedule of events; Conducts POC per the SOW and lead the execution of the test plan; Assist in the presentation of findings and articulate solution benefits; Present to both technical and executive levels as required  - Lead large enterprise wide system implementations and provide ongoing assistance to optimize performance and reliability with a focus on customer satisfaction  - Develop in depth knowledge of the competitive solutions in our marketplace and how they compare with Cleversafe's product offering  - Answer and write proposal responses to RFP and RFIs  - Assist with integration and relationship building with third party solution vendors to facilitate the delivery of complete and seamless end-to-end solutions  - Develop the technical and business relationship with local representatives from go-to-market partners in the reseller and technology partner channel  - Identify opportunities to expand Cleversafe's footprint in existing customers and create and execute plan to capture incremental revenues.  - Ensure smooth hand-off of projects to post-sales implementation and support teams.  - Build customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor; Partner effectively with others in the account to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction  - Prioritize tasks to optimize coverage of all parallel activities  - Partner with Product Marketing and Engineering to provide input concerning current and future products.
