Responsibilities:
Grow existing products as well as develop new ideas by continuously evaluating market needs
Ability to conceptualize and define features and requirements and product flows
Responsible for user acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability of your product line
Collaborate with a product engineering and QC teams
You will also work with marketing and sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy and new product offerings
Analyze data to understand user behavior and use the insights to continuously improve the product offering.
As a product leader you will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product line.
You will work with other product teams and identify opportunities of integration, cross-sell and up sell
Qualification & Experience:
Total experience of 3-4 years with 2+ years in online product management for consumer focused firms.
Able to understand the web and mobile technology, its flow and been able to improvise on the same.
Comfortable working with large sets of data, able to work with analytical tools to drive business and product specific insights.
Been able to drive and work closely with Tech team to deliver projects on timelines and proven track of defining and releasing successful products across quick, iterative releases.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.
Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.
Strong strategy, analytical, and communication skills.
Ideally should have worked in start-up environment
Should understand building and growing products in internet and/or mobile space
