For more details, Visit : www.iamplus.com  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Responsible for the entire life-cycle of recruitment, including strategy, sourcing, short-listing, pitching, communication, coordination, scheduling, negotiation and on-boarding.  - Adept in sourcing strategies and a hands-on experience to identify and on-board "Top geeks" for our expanding team.  - Brand ambassador, Define and implement creative marketing strategies / campaigns to attract top talent from the industry.  - Coordinate with respective BU heads (Multi-site global locations) to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes, prepare budgets and plans.  - Ensure a great candidate experience management and process oriented.  - A fair knowledge of recruitment industry and tech savy person.  Requirements :  - 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in Product Hiring space.   - Must be Super Passionate about sourcing, headhunting and Hard to Fill roles.  - Prior expertise in hiring talents in Machine learning, Full Stack, DevOp's and Android related skill sets are preferred.  - Solid experience with sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, social networking, conferences, headhunting, blogs etc  - Exceptional communication skills - written and spoken  - Well versed with technology jargon's.
