Senior Executive  Job would include 70% recruitment and 30% HR Generalist role:  Recruitment :   - Requirement gathering and resume screening  - Vendor management and coordination for shortlisting candidates   - Interview scheduling  - Feedback and follow up sessions with candidates and vendors   - Coordination with placement cells for campus recruitment   - Maintaining Reports   - Processes development and documentation   - Research & analysis of US universities for campus recruitment  - Offer letter roll out   - Reference check of candidates   - Working knowledge on Taleo is preferable.  Generalist :   - Reviews, updates and maintains HR MIS, Employee Database, Performance appraisal form and training schedules.   - Goal setting exercise- Ensure Career Manager is assigned and KRA setting takes place at the end of induction process.   - Initiate Mid-term and Annual Appraisal- Launch and conduct Appraisal dissemination session for employees; follow up and close Project Feedbacks, Self-Appraisal, PIAs, facilitate Assessor review and normalization process; ensure timely closure of all activities in the process.   - Drive fun activities, events on special occasions/festivals, Birthday celebration and Team outings  - Design, develop and implement policies and practices of Reward & Recognition program- Sport Awards and employee of the Quarter; handling the excellence award at the end of financial year.   - Roll out new employee engagement initiatives in congruence with culture of the Organization and implement the same in India.   CSR- Be an active member of CSR Committee, conceptualize and carry out social activities. Drive community activities with a view to inculcate social responsibility amongst employees and position the Company as a good corporate citizen.   Requirement :  - Excellent Communication Skills   - Ability to deliver and work under pressure/deadlines  - Interpersonal Skills; Ability to connect with candidates  - Attention to quality and accuracy  - Eager to learn  - Passionate about HR   - Strong conceptual understanding  - Proficiency in MS office tools like excel, word, power point etc
