Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Developing new categories, product planning and roadmap.

- Get competitive and best incentive support/discounts from Brand/Suppliers.

- Manage all interface with suppliers/brands.

- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- Monitor/track the monthly performance of brands and budgets.

- Deliver the objectives in terms of Sales, Profit margins, SPP, ATV, Category-wise KPIs.

- Presentation & Reporting for top management reviews.

- Bringing new products/brands.

- Product pricing strategy, bundling strategy.

- Improving margins and achieving margin targets.

- Develop and execute innovative promotional inputs to improve sales.

- Merchandizing and Promotion - Price Ticketing and promo communication, Stock merchandizing, Mega/Mini/Special Promotion Control.

- Stock depletion plan.

- Plan the Mega promotion/festivals with brand support.

- Build the category and the team capability.

- Improve work and team productivity/effectiveness.

- Employee engagement and organization building initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA (Marketing/Operations) with 10 to 15 years of experience in Category Management in Travel Retail / Duty Free Business.

Behavioral Skills:

Selling, Negotiation, Analytical, Planning and Organizing skills.
