JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for overall Finance & Accounts function including activities like Cash Flow Controls, Company's liabilities, Monitor Company's financial performance, Department supervision, Financial relationships, Financial Arrangements, Financial obligations, Company's Compliance with financial regulations and standards, Shareholder Relations, Budgeting, expense control and reporting of MIS to the Board of Directors.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Monitor, guide, and provide business related purchase and guidance for improving the health of the organization.

- Ensure fund is managed well with the support of existing stakeholders, which includes Bankers, Lenders and GHIAL Treasury management.

- Ensure all the statutory compliance and risk mitigation plan( including insurance) are met with for business.

- Preparation of AOP and presenting to Board for Approval.

- Inventory management and monitor of inventory holding cost to ensure availability of working capital (No. of days inventory).

- Review the existing process including the ERP system to ensure business continuity and ensure proper checks and balances.

- Provide necessary support to the team in achieving over all business objective which includes learning and development.

- Support and facilitate other related departments within HDFRL in achieving their business objectives.

- To ensure preparation of financials and provide support and ensure compliances and suggestions made by MAG and Statutory Auditors.

- Marketing offers/Initiatives with Finance/Bank Interface.

- Provide necessary support in Monitoring the stocks.

- Attending for Board Meeting/BRC queries and preparing MIS for Board.

- Bank Loans, Bank Guarantee Limits, Customs Finance and Forex Management.

Stakeholders:

- Bankers, suppliers and customers.

- Mutual funds, Banks through group treasury team.

- Consultants, Group Taxation Team and internal departments like HR, Operations, etc.

- MAG (Management Assurance Group), external Statutory auditors.

Internal Team of the organization, providing the required information and completeness of the same.

Manpower Dimensions:

- Need to overview 15 team members covering payables, receivables and stock control (inventory management) functions.

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualified CA with 10 to 15 years of post qualification experience in Retail / Service Industries.
