Deeply understand customer's needs and pain points. Be the voice of the customer.  - Rigorously measure and analyze key product metrics, identify potential areas of improvement and shape our product feature set  - Create and maintain product roadmaps that incorporate customer and business partner feedback and support Hubzu's strategic initiatives  - Manage all stages of the product development life cycle process to ensure that projects and initiatives are delivered on time with high quality  - Create presentations and supporting documents to facilitate communication across all teams  Qualification & Experience :   - B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar  - MBA or an equivalent from a top business school is preferable  - Startup/eCommerce experience is a plus  - 10+ years in product management with a track record of successfully launching digital products  - Experience leading or launching consumer facing (B2C) products a must eCommerce is a plus  - Hands on experience working as a product owner in an agile development process  - Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans  - Strong organizational and project management with attention to detail  - Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results  - Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate to the senior executive level  Samhitha
