Experience with Test harness development  - 2+ years Java/J2EE software development professional experience or white box testing preferred  - 1+ year of Experience with Agile software development process  - Experience with testing non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability and load testing  - Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple outstanding tasks  - Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required  - Outstanding problem solving skills with a history of assuring the development of high quality software
