Currently working on a HUB HR head for Delhi, for a Security solutions org. The headcount for the region would be around 10,000 plus.
Role would be a generalist :
- Leads the end-to-end HR services in line with the business requirements for the Hub and ensure development and retention of right talent to support business targets, ensure statutory compliance's, implementation of employee engagement and welfare schemes, Lead identified Hub HR initiatives to enable right employee experience aligned to the company values.
- Lead the development of HR plan for the Hub in accordance with overall HR plan for the organization, Review branch HR plan and provide input for alignment to business requirements.
- Review/ analyze employee requirements and plan initiatives for Hub, monitor to ensure implementation and report progress to Hub Head and HO HR as required
- Lead and manage the end-to-end employee life cycle - joining, learning, leaving process etc. for the Hub and ensure adherence to standard process with coordination from COEs and/or Transaction Centre as required.
- Facilitate grievance handling in coordination with Hub ER.
- Monitor recruitment status at the Hub and work with recruitment team to ensure fulfillment in line with business plan.
Looking for full time MBA HR, with relevant experience in managing statutory compliance, IR and welfare for the headcount.
