Early Jobs, Mid Jobs across HT, Mint, TT & TH regularly and drive atleast 20% applications from print  - Should have excellent understanding of B2B marketing concepts and should have sales coordination skills  - Support all ShineJobs clients with regular response boosting activity to increase response  - Support all Hindu + TT Jobs clients (Shine+deals only) with regular response boosting activity to increase response  - Understanding of basic online marketing concepts and ability to design campaigns to achieve the marketing/business objectives  - Should be able to own projects and deliver as per agreed targets  - Would be required to work closely with the sales team and manage various sales support programs   General competencies:   - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and derive consensus  - Excellent verbal & written communications skills   - High analytical ability  - Strong process orientation  - Strong ability to work under pressure, manage timelines and deliver tangible solutions  - Ability to prioritise assignments / projects and work accordingly  Education :  - Any graduate with MBA   - Excellent communication skill is a must  Experience :  - Should have experience in handling marketing operations and cost management  - Preferably with 1 - 3 years experience in either marketing agency or in any large corporate with large branding spends  Others:   - Should be able to join within a month
