Responsibilities of Position:
- Lead an effective Safety, Health and Environmental Program to achieve plant and related Objectives
- Manage Safety Process Implementation, Waste Management/Recycling, Spill Prevention and Emergency Control, Medical Wellness Program, Ergonomic Improvements, Environmental Permitting, Worker's Compensation, Coolant Management, Security Control
- Develop HSE Training plan and training team
- Lead effective Ergonomics Program
- Assure compliance of state and local laws impacting HSE
- Lead and coach employee teams

Required Experience:
Experience/Education Required/Sought:
- Experience with behavioral safety techniques preferred
- CSP and/or CHMM preferred
- Six Sigma Certification Preferred
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- 7 to 15 years HS&E experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3 to 5 years direct personnel management
